Pain is not a measure of damage to body, it's a measure of our nervous system's perceived need to protect, and one primordial way our body communicates its need for our attention

This course will offer a combination of breathing and relaxation practices, self-regulation tools, mindfulness, movement exercises, pain science education as well as support and time for sharing.
