Working with the Breath
The breath is one of the most powerful tools we have. How we breathe is a reflection of our relationship to life. We’ll learn breath analysis and ways to help open the breath in the body
Somatic Inquiry
Using the power of internal awareness (interoception) we’ll learn to open a conversation via sensations as a way to connect to and engage the body’s somatic wisdom
Tracking the Subtle body
Subtle body is less dense than gross body. You’ll learn to feel the subtle body through extending your awareness rather than force. This is really where the magic happens!

Dr. Daniela Lux
I graduated with my Doctorate from Emory University School of Medicine with the goal of being a bridge-builder between spirituality and science. I've spent the last two decades cultivating a unique combination of somatics and physical therapy with an extensive toolbox of hands-on osteopathic techniques and energy release work. My specialized training is in pelvic and visceral health, nervous system regulation, Craniosacral Therapy and somatic trauma resolution.
Between earning my doctorate, almost 2 decades of hands-on healing, plus over 1000 hours of continuing education, and training as a modern-day priestess I’m confident that best practice involves a multifaceted approach! And that’s what I intend to share with you

You’ll get a monthly 1:1 session (75-90min) with me where you get to work with your own material and experience in your body the transmission.
You’ll get a monthly 4-5h small group class (max 8 students)
You’ll get a monthly integration and support call where I answer questions and support you through learning process
